RETURNS POLICY

Returns – Shoes & Boots:

If shoes/boots you have purchased do not fit, we will either provide you with a credit note or we will exchange,  providing product (and packaging) is returned to us undamaged and in original condition and is returned within 14 business days of receipt of item by you.  Item(s) may be returned only if they have not been worn/used and are in the original packaging, for exchange only (different size or colour subject to availability) or credit towards another purchase (no refunds). All postage associated with returns to All4me is the responsibility of the customer, and return shipping of the exchanged item is also at the customers expense.

If goods are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, you may choose between a refund, exchange or a credit.

Please note: We cannot offer a refund or exchange on SALE items. All sale item transactions are final.

RETURNS – STAGEWEAR

We do not offer refunds on stagewear.   Further, because all Stagewear is custom made, once the initial payment is received from you, we will then begin the process of designing and sourcing components for your stagewear accordingly, once an order is placed for stagewear and the initial payment has been paid, then this payment will be non-refundable.

All4me strives to always provide quality products at very reasonable prices. All products are inspected for quality prior to shipping.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTY – PLEASER SHOES & BOOTS

All products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Defects will be determined by the Manufacturer. Valid claims will receive a full refund or credit. Please note however that improper fit is not valid criteria for warranty. Warranty is valid only with proof of purchase from All4me.com.au. Misuse, abuse or alteration of product voids warranty.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & WARRANTY – PLEASER SHOES & BOOTS

All items offered for sale on this site have been displayed with the pictures and text supplied by the Manufacturer. Whilst every effort is made to verify this information, mistakes can occur for which All4me.com.au cannot accept any liability.

If however, this affects the use of your purchase, we will be happy to exchange any item as detailed in the return and refunds section within Store Policies.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & WARRANTY – GENERALLY

All4me.com.au accepts no liability if something goes wrong while using one of our products. We will honour our warranties and guarantees for our products but accept no responsibility for loss of business or personal injury.
