IFBB regulations require shoes with 4-5 inch heel and platform of no more than 1/2 inch.
WBFF/FMG heels can be custom embellished to suit your bikini or can be simpler (but it's still recommended you choose heels that will compliment your overall stage look). Heel heights can vary but we highly recommend choosing a heel height that you can walk in comfortably.

When is the right time to buy my heels?
Should I go with an ankle strap or a slip-on style?
This is all about your personal confidence. If an ankle strap makes you feel more secure and allows you to pose and move with better form, it is absolutely the right choice for you. We even offer clear ankle straps that can be added to most styles for that extra bit of support.
What are the specific shoe rules for my Federation?
IFBB: Typically requires clear heels with a height no greater than 4.5 inches and a platform of 1 inch.
ICN, INBA, MS Fitness, ANB, & WFF: These federations require clear heels. While there isn't a strict height limit, we recommend a heel between 4–6 inches that you can walk and pose in comfortably.
FMG & WBFF: You have more creative freedom here—any fashion heel is welcome, as long as it isn't clear.
