SHIPPING

♥  FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS OVER $150 ♥

Shipping prices are as shown in the cart for shipping both within Australia and also New Zealand. 

We ship anyway in the world.  Shipping charge will vary dependant upon where you are.  If you are wanting your order shipped to somewhere other than Australia or New Zealand, simply send us a quick email and we’ll be able to provide you with a shipping cost.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS – PLEASE NOTE: You as the purchaser are responsible for any customs/duty fees payable.  It is your responsibility as the purchaser to take note of your own country’s importation rules/requirements.

SHIPPING OF SHOES, ACCESSORIES, BEACH BIKINIS ETC:

We ship shoes to you via Australia Post with Tracking – EParcel Express for domestic orders and International EParcel Express if you are in NZ.  The cost for shipping will be displayed in the cart upon checking out. 

NOTE:   If you have ordered some of our gorgeous shoes from Pleaser in the USA, shipping will be approximately 14-18 business days (if delivery is within Australia and a little longer if we are shipping to NZ) as we have to wait for them to arrive at our showroom in Australia before we can send them to you (unless it is an item that we hold in stock at our depot). 

Rest assured that in all instances, we will do our very best to get your order to you as quickly as possible!


SHIPPING OF STAGEWEAR

Our Couture Bikinis & Costumes will incur a shipping charge – (please enquire with us at the time of purchase for more information).  All care is taken to pack your stagewear and posting will be via DHL Express in the case of international orders or Australia Post EParcel Express with tracking for domestic orders (all stagewear is sent with Insurance added).

We accept Paypal, Credit Card (for Australia & NZ Clients), Afterpay & Direct Debit.

RETURNS POLICY

Returns – Shoes & Boots:

If shoes/boots you have purchased do not fit, we will either provide you with a credit note or we will exchange,  providing product is returned to us undamaged and in original condition.  Item(s) may be returned only if they have not been worn/used and are in the original packaging, for exchange only (different size or colour subject to availability) or credit towards another purchase (no refunds). All postage associated with returns to All4me is the responsibility of the customer, and return shipping of the exchanged item is also at the customers expense.

If goods are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, you may choose between a refund, exchange or a credit.

Please note: We cannot offer a refund or exchange on SALE items. All sale item transactions are final.

RETURNS – STAGEWEAR

We will not offer refunds on stagewear.   Further, because all Stagewear is custom made, once a deposit is received from you, we will then begin the process of designing and sourcing components for your stagewear accordingly, once an order is placed for stagewear and a deposit is paid, then this deposit will be non-refundable .

All4me strives to always provide quality products at very reasonable prices. All products are inspected for quality prior to shipping.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTY – PLEASER SHOES & BOOTS

All products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Defects will be determined by the Manufacturer. Valid claims will receive a full refund or credit. Please note however that improper fit is not valid criteria for warranty. Warranty is valid only with proof of purchase from All4me.com.au. Misuse, abuse or alteration of product voids warranty.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & WARRANTY – PLEASER SHOES & BOOTS

All items offered for sale on this site have been displayed with the pictures and text supplied by the Manufacturer. Whilst every effort is made to verify this information, mistakes can occur for which All4me.com.au cannot accept any liability.

If however, this affects the use of your purchase, we will be happy to exchange any item as detailed in the return and refunds section within Store Policies.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & WARRANTY – GENERALLY

All4me.com.au accepts no liability if something goes wrong while using one of our products. We will honour our warranties and guarantees for our products but accept no responsibility for loss of business or personal injury.
