SHOES & BOOTS:
If you have purchased some of our gorgeous heels, there is no shipping to pay if you live in Australia. The price you see listed is the price you pay – no hidden extras!
If you are an international customer, then we will contact you to provide you with a price for shipping. (Generally, shipping to New Zealand for a pair of Pleaser heels will be around $55 for International Express Post). We ship using Australia Post Express Post with tracking (within Australia) and Australia Post International Express with Tracking (New Zealand).
NOTE: If you have ordered some of our gorgeous shoes from Pleaser in the USA, shipping will be approximately 12-14 business days (if delivery is within Australia and a little longer if we are shipping to NZ) as we have to wait for them to arrive in Australia before we can send them to you (unless it is an item that we hold in stock at our depot).
Rest assured that in all instances, we will do our very best to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
Our Costumes/stagewear will incur a shipping charge – (please enquire with us at the time of purchase for more information). All care is taken to pack your stagewear and posting will be done via either Australia Post Express Airmail or DHL (with Transit Insurance).
Once your item leaves our Showroom we have no control over it and it then becomes your responsibility. You will be provided with a tracking number once one has been assigned.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS – PLEASE NOTE: You as the purchaser are responsible for any customs/duty fees payable. It is your responsibility as the purchaser to take note of your own country’s importation rules/requirements.
We accept Paypal, Credit Card (for Australia & NZ Clients), Afterpay & Direct Debit.

Returns – Shoes & Boots:
If the product that you have purchased does not fit, we will either provide you with a credit note or we will exchange providing the product is returned to us undamaged and in its original condition (in the case of shoes, these must also be returned in the box within which they were sent to you in), within 3 weeks of purchase. It is your responsibility to pay all freight charges to return the item and for the replacement item.
If goods are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, you may choose between a refund, exchange or a credit.
Items may be returned only if they have not been worn/used and are in the original packaging, for exchange only (different size or colour subject to availability) or credit towards another purchase (no refunds). All postage associated with returns to All4me is the responsibility of the customer, and return shipping of the exchanged item is also at the customers expense.
Please note: We cannot offer a refund or exchange on SALE items. All sale item transactions are final.
RETURNS – STAGEWEAR
We will not offer refunds on stagewear. Further, because all Stagewear is custom made, once a deposit is received from you, I will then begin the process of designing and sourcing components for your stagewear accordingly, once an order is placed for stagewear and a deposit is paid, then this deposit will be non-refundable to cover me for my work.
All4me strives to always provide quality products at very reasonable prices. All products are inspected for quality prior to shipping.
MANUFACTURER WARRANTY – PLEASER SHOES & BOOTS
All products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Defects will be determined by the Manufacturer. Valid claims will receive a full refund or credit. Please note however that improper fit is not valid criteria for warranty. Warranty is valid only with proof of purchase from All4me.com.au. Misuse, abuse or alteration of product voids warranty.

All items offered for sale on this site have been displayed with the pictures and text supplied by the Manufacturer. Whilst every effort is made to verify this information, mistakes can occur for which All4me.com.au cannot accept any liability.
If however, this affects the use of your purchase, we will be happy to exchange any item as detailed in the return and refunds section within Store Policies.

All4me.com.au accepts no liability if something goes wrong while using one of our products. We will honour our warranties and guarantees for our products but accept no responsibility for loss of business or personal injury.
